Yep, looks like the Beef is on!

Two decent up & comers apparently have beef with each other now, and this time its no April Fools Joke (pic up there)

Wale said this:

Charles Hamilton— That’s not my nigga. Any real nigga don’t run behind your back and say some bullshit. Especially if he know you gon check him, and not on a record. It’s ok, we all young rappers growing up.

Then Mr.Hamilton said this:

I’m not his n1gga. And? He didn’t diss me… besides, I think this is the show he was telling me about… or was it the show where in a freestyle he said “F*ck Charles Hamilton”? I don’t know/care. if its an issue, I’m sure as vocal as Wale is, we’ll hear about it. I mean, other rappers did entire interviews thoroughly explaining their issue with me. Then again, they got ignored, too. Damn. When I go fishing for a shark, I end up with tadpoles at the end of my fishing rod. Shucks… oh well… Until the next time I speak to Wale, this gets filed under “TheShruggingShoulders”…

I dont know about this one, we may just have to watch and wait...I think if it came to diss tracks I'd bet on CH over Wale, but Wale can spit so its a tossup.

Dont Do It Video

Off the Recession by Jeezy, and this happens to be one of my favorite songs on the album.

But isn't this like the fifth video he's made from this CD and there are at least two more confirmed...is he gonna make a video for every song?

How does that embody a recession? That's one for thought.

Im listening to it as I type this description and the beat could be better but Murs kinda rips his verse and 88-Keys' verse sounds cool because of his voice effect mostly.

We're Not Losers...

I wasn't gonna post it (since there's a designated Lupe Blog) but I like the concept.

Apparently, through his Twitter (ugh, that'll be addressed in another blog post) Lupe announced that the Great American Rap Album and LupEND are CANCELLED! (but not his retirement...)

Instead he'll be bringing out an album entitled Lasers.

Which he cryptically announced by saying "We're not losers, We are Lasers" (sounds like a good wallpaper premise)

So Im gonna keep watching and when I find something of equal or greater coolness I'll pass the knowledge on to my incredibly small fan base (yup, I dont lie to myself)

Lego Albums

Apparently some...artist...re-made classic hip hop album covers with lego men (yea the little yellow dudes...that'll mean something in a minute)

Although some are good, and the fact that Im an artist (surprised I haven't said that in EVERY one of my posts) gives the creator some wiggle room...Some of them look nothing like the person on the cover or even resemble the cover.
