This is my favorite poem (ever.) and ever since I read it in the seventh grade, whenever I think about it, I feel a bit more enlightened.

And then hearing one of my favorite rappers, Lupe, reference it, I thought thats trill! Dont know why I just thought about it now, but I felt like I had to post it for you to read and not comment on... (i put < /sarcasm> there and blogger took it as actual code, which made me lmao)

Lego Albums

Apparently some...artist...re-made classic hip hop album covers with lego men (yea the little yellow dudes...that'll mean something in a minute)

Although some are good, and the fact that Im an artist (surprised I haven't said that in EVERY one of my posts) gives the creator some wiggle room...Some of them look nothing like the person on the cover or even resemble the cover.

Shoe of the Week 12

Before I forget to post it tomorrow (because I will) here is the twelfth shoe de la week.

PUMA 60TH ANNIVERSARY UNLIMITED HI



















I love both colors of them (black more though) and they look like you could rock em with skinny jeans (which most of us don't wear...).





















The silver Puma stripe thingie looks to be a lot more durable then regular fabric ones (which is a problem I am having with my Pumas) and the sole looks so much more helpful if you actually plan to run with them (and not fall...or get pushed into a pole WHILE running by your good friend Kenny)

I dont see much wrong with them except I don't know where to buy them so I'll end with that.

808s & Heartbreak Artwork by Fred Hart

So I was on GoWhere and saw this guy (Fred Hart) had made individual artwork for each song on 808s and Heartbreak (all 12 of em!) and I have to say, Im impressed for the most part!

Keri Hilson

I've been waiting to post this. Keri Hilson is my kind of girl, tall, sexy, and she tell it like it is yo!

She's been starting to show up more and more so I feel like this is a good time to show her off (maybe I'll get some Google search love). I also remember reading somewhere that she said she'd never date an athlete or entertainer (which raises our (my) odds of success!)

Wii-mote? More Like WEED-Mote!

For all of you who don't know (like me a day ago) Hemp IS weed, or more likely rope made from cannabis or something like that. So I find it very odd that someone would make a Wii-mote covered in what is more than likely a very illegal substance.





















The jackass in me wants to say something like "What happens if there's a house fire?" or "I wonder how that'll affect his Wii Fit Age?" (by the way, it called me Obese >_

The first thing I thought of when I saw Tim Tebow, Mr.Heisman himself, in that picture on the right was the infamous Michael Jackson.

SMH @ Tebow and whoever thought that that would be a cool picture or ad or whatever its meant to be.

The song is a little...different, but if you like those techno beats (or UMC) you might really like it...and Kanye's rapping on it sans auto tune and stuff.

I AM NOT A Dope Boy...

Ok so I'm standing on the corner (yea, it sounds funny and I receive ample cracks about it) waiting for my ride and this guy (kinda fat, about 40) walks by. Anybody who knows me, knows I am the farthest thing from a Dope Boy (I actually see a little amount of bitch in my heart, gotta fix that soon) but the guy walks by and we have a dialogue something like this:

HIM: "Hey wassup soldier"

ME:"Wassup man"

HIM: "I know man, aint no money in these streets is it?"

ME: "I know man"

HIM: "Yea"

ME: "Im just waitin' for a ride though (lmao-ing in my head)"

HIM: "Oh, Oh, Oh! Alrite then"

I can only guess he thought I was selling (since I was wearing a black tee, standing on the corner) but I had a bookbag on and was 10 FEET from a school (anybody knows that selling near a school is soooo much more time in jail....where you will most likely be anally raped)

Long story short, I hope I don't look like a Dope Boy, especially since Im a nerd (A FRESH one though!)

Keyshia Cole, How You've Changed...

Take a look at Ms.Keyshia, lookin all fine and dandy.

I guess some money sure can fix you up (not that she was anywhere near ugly before) Although this "makeover" she experienced does equate to a good look (in more ways than one) what kind of message is that for young girls?

"If you don't like your body, then spend your money to get it fixed!" sounds like some bullstuff to me
