Harder Better Faster Stronger

A really cool internet app called iDaft.

Its basically a soundboard with the voices from the Daft Punk song (the name escapes me) but most people who dont recognize it as theirs will recognize Stronger by Mr.West.

Its great for a timekiller (especially if you snicker at hearing do it, faster, do it, harder, and the like)

Of course thats one of my favorite lines of the entire CD and that particular pic of Lupe reminds me of something I'd do if I were to ever take a promo pic (and it's kinda funny)...but dont look at this for too long...because the general concept is about to be slightly reused

One Of My Favorite Commercials

I really like these commercials (although kinda old...hey Im lazy)

Doesn't that just look like the BEST party you could go to? Niggas playin poker and celebrity chicks gettin loose and that crazy wind thing that blows What's his names mouth open (please explain that to me)...ugh, you'd have to be there.

I could go into all the technicals of why this is a great ad campaign...but you dont care about that do you?

Space Invaders!

Gosh I have been posting about a lot more Space Invaders than I have expected (check the label below) but this shirt is too fresh to ignore. And at $18, who could say no.

If you don't get it you've never played Space Invaders (that's the path they follow...dramatic whispers don't work on the interwebs)

Im am going to buy new shoes (since I've had to retire at least two pairs already) and I have a tough choice to make (especially since it's going to be EXPENSIVE)

A Not So Cold Play

Coldplay and Jay-Z Performing "Lost" and "Viva La Vida" at the Grammys...my two favorite songs from them.

That piano looks cool, but the drums and bell that the bald guy plays just add something to Viva La Vida, speaking of which is supposed to be based on Napoleon (the short guy not the spaz)

Valentine Day Scribbles

So I was Scribbling again (kinda forgot about the Scribble of the Day) and decided to do some Valentines Day stuff.

The Good Thing About The Pro Bowl

Is that its just like a game of Madden. You see all the fun stuff that nobody does during the regular season.

There were laterals, jump balls, 4th down plays, and all Larry Fitzgerald (who should be a Buccaneers >_<) beasted out again....ahhhh good times.

Some Valentines Day Stuff

I never remember when it is so I decided to look at some stuff early...and since Im broke I found these two things.

















This is the front and back of a flat white 1GB flash drive that I drew and Sharpie'd on. Its kinda inspired by a pair of pants that I have that I dont feel like taking a picture of. Its a little sloppy looking and that was purposeful...but it doesnt translate so cool in picture form.

Side note: Batteries know when you need them so they purposely die on you and make you use the weaker cell phone camera.

This is a papercraft lovebot that I find incredibly cool. I actually think I'll take a whack at making it.

I realize V-Day is like two weeks away so I may make another post or two regarding the subject

Shoe of the Week 19

19 Weeks huh? Life moves fast...and on that depressing note I present to you the...

Sometimes you really have to appreciate simplicity. Just black and white, that allows versatility and freshness in my opinion. Maybe somedays you just want to blend in and thats pretty impossible with purple and yellow and all of those other colors.

I dont know maybe Im just rambling since Im half blogging half SuperBowl Watching.

But I definitely plan on buying these when I get a job...

Lupe Sk8's

This is one of those ever few posts where the title has nothing to do with subject matter.

The title is really an inside joke to the creator of these various Lupe images (let's call her ManSk8s...or Mani...or I could type her whooole name out...no)

My favorite is obviously the microphone murderer one (even though I could do better than her...if I wasn't toiling away on another artistic pursuit...that I'll post later)

Scribble of the Day

I totally wanted to see if I could draw paint splatter by finger painting (which is basically what Scribble is) and it kinda worked.

Ok I loved Crank (1) it was funny as hell and action-ey (if thats a word) and it was at least a liittle believable

B-B-B-BUT! This looks completely impossible. period.

Most people splat when they fall from an effin helicopter, and the ones that do survive (if there are any) aren't immediately picked up by organ farmers who roam the streets apparently looking for plane crash victims.

Not only that but if there was a such thing as an electric heart...WE WOULD ALL HAVE ONE (or at least the people who need one would).

In NO WAY am I saying Im not gonna watch it...and it isn't a bad idea...but come on!

Cool Ass Headphones!

It seems like posts like these precede each other...but these giant gaming headphones, Psyko's, look pretty cool and Im sure they sound fine as well...but thats not the point(sarcasm doesn't carry in type)

The funny thing is they look like they have that football helmet padding that protects you from the Concussion Monster.
