iPhone Killer?

Google sets release date and cost for the G1 Android phone on T-Mobile at $179 on October 22nd. It's supposed to be as good as or better than the iPhone (which I have no opinion on really...MetroPCS son!) and it uses all of Google's super trill apps and softwares.
