Is it THAT Serious?

So at about 0:35 in the video Jets DE Shaun Ellis picks up a snowball the size of a small child and tosses it into the stands...hitting one guy(or girl?) in the FACE

He says its because fans were throwing snowballs (and they were...) but he sure does know how to take it out on ONE PERSON.
